Biscuits Cui is a story of transmission. It all begins in 1929, in Kolomyia, in Ukrainian Galicia. Olga Franko, cook, woman of letters, daughter-in-law of the great poet Ivan Franko, publishes "The First Practical Ukrainian Cuisine", a book of nearly 1500 recipes that would become an essential reference of Ukrainian culinary culture. A book that every Galician housewife was expected to have in her kitchen.

Nearly a century later, her recipes are still alive. Ivanna, Olga's granddaughter, revives them on the family blog Praktychna Kukhnia, "Practical Cuisine. The Forgotten and the New", with her daughters, including Nataliya. Thousands of readers in Ukraine and Europe follow them. The family is invited to culinary events in Ukraine, Austria, and Poland. In 2023, a Ukrainian film is inspired by Olga Franko's story.

It is from this heritage that Biscuits Cui was born. Nataliya grew up in this kitchen, precise, curious, devoted to quality ingredients and careful craft. Based in Marseille, she imagined biscuits that carry this spirit: handmade, in small batches, with recipes that blend traditions and curiosities, a rare spice, a collaboration with a local artisan, a shape custom-made with 3D printing. Cute, refined biscuits with a soul.
