A sneering pumpkin. This 40-gram biscuit takes its cue from Alsatian bredeles, same buttery dough, same thoroughly shortbread texture, rendered in two layers: one with cocoa, the other tinted with carrot powder, which gives it its bright orange colour. It's the cocoa you find, deep and round, where the cut-out eyes and mouth reveal the darker layer.
